How To: Create a Home Gym

With only a few more months before bathing suit season arrives (yikes!), it is time to jump start your workout and get your body into shape. For many of us, the tough economic climate has led to canceling that precious gym membership. But that doesn’t mean you should go home and plop yourself in front of the TV with a bowl of ice cream or bag of chips. Instead, think about how you can adapt the workouts you did at the gym to your home. To convert a corner of your living room or spare bedroom into a workout area, all you need is a floor mat and a few accessories, which can be easily stored in the closet or under the bed when not in use.
